Fifty years in the building industry, Prestige Homes enters a third generation as Todd's children become more involved in the company. Through the years, Prestige has developed long-lasting partnerships with several of the contractors who are also now third generation companies such as Ashley Plumbing, Tim Smoot Electric, Del Toro Masonry, Laubach Tile. Prestige Homes has established trusting relationships spanning more than 15 years with preferred Mortgage Lender, John Cortissoz with SWBC, and Escrow Officer, Renee White with Land America Lawyer’s Title Company.

Your Design Team

Coupled with decades of experience, Prestige Homes offers an exceptional in-house design team at no additional cost to assist homeowners throughout the custom design/build process. This flexibility allows for personal consultations with the architectural designer and decorator to adapt floorplans, review options and make selections.

Your Build Team

In addition to each community having one assigned construction supervisor to oversee all construction in that area, your onsite Sales Manager is available seven days per week to address homeowner inquiries.

Custom Plans

Customers can select from a portfolio of fabulous plans, make modifications to any of these plans or meet with our designer to customize a home to suit their lifestyle.

Showrooms and Selections

Prestige Homes offers a true custom experience by providing showrooms and selections for the home including appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, flooring materials, front doors, paint and stain colors, plus more. At no additional charge, the interior decorator visits with each customer to ensure all necessary selections are made and suited for the buyers' taste.

Build on Your Lot

Prestige Homes can offer a custom building experience on your own lot. Prestige Homes will evaluate your lot, at no cost to you, and take you through the building process the same as any of our other fine communities.

Builder's Warranty and Maintenance Schedule

After construction is complete, Prestige Homes continues its commitment to the customer by offering a transferrable Builder’s 10-Year Limited Warranty and guidelines for maintaining a new home to ensure the long lasting quality and value that the company built its reputation upon. In the event that a home requires additional attention, the Prestige Homes staff is ready to assist the homeowner with the necessary care and corrective measures it deserves.
